Our custom RFID cloth wristbands offer a stylish and secure admission solution for your next event. RFID wristbands are ideal for large events where shaving off a few seconds at the admissions gate per person is worth the extra cost. RFID cloth wristbands also do have a futuristic feel to them, and allow for cutting edge integrations with on-site systems like social media check-ins, or opt-in lead generation at conferences.
Woven or printed: RFID cloth wristbands can be either woven or printed, each method coming with its own unique advantages. Woven cloth wristbands have your design physically woven into the material with a slightly more natural look to them. Woven cloth wristbands allow for up to 8 different thread colors and can be PMS color matched. Printed cloth wristbands use a heat sublimation printing process on a satin finish polyester material. While there is no PMS color matching for printed cloth wristbands, they are full color (no limitation on colors) and can even have shading. Quality: There are a wide range of RFID wristbands on the market with varying degrees of quality; we have carefully tested chips from multiple factories in high volumes to ensure we only sell ones with an error rate of less than 1 per 1000 pieces. We also guarantee the quality of all our products.
Security closure: Choose between a secure or non secure closure. If you don't want people taking the wristbands off, be sure to choose the secure, non-removable closure ;)

Q: What are the main differences between custom-woven and custom-printed wristbands?
A: Custom printed wristbands have a smoother, softer feel as they are made from satin finish polyester. The custom printing is directly applied to the wristband and allows for unlimited colors & color shading. Most of our clients prefer printed over woven in higher volumes when looking for a slightly more polished look & feel. Folk festivals may prefer the aesthetics of woven over printed as it has more of a handmade feel to it. At a slight distance, the differences between woven and printed are quite difficult to detect so don't worry too much either way! If you would like us to send you a sample of each, don't hesitate to ask.
Q: How long does it take to ship out my order?
A: Orders take ~10-17 days to produce, although rush service is available which can speed this up to as fast as 7 days. To inquire about rush service, please contact us either by phone, email, or live chat. The shipping time is added on top of production time and can range from 4-7 days for ground, 3-4 days for Economy, and 1-2 days for Priority Express.
