Delivered on Time, or it is Free
We guarantee that your order will leave our facility on time and if we fail to deliver your product before the agreed-upon delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund. To qualify for the refund, simply ship back the order to us (at our expense) within 14 days of receipt of the product. Delays or mis-shipments rarely happen but when they do we make sure to work with you on a solution… we definitely take deadlines as seriously as you do.
Price Match Guarantee
If you find a comparable quality advertised product (from an established vendor based in the United States or Canada) that is cheaper than a product that you have purchased from myZone Printing, we’ll honour that price and refund any difference in cost if you find this price within 14 days of having purchased your products from us.
Custom Design Guarantee
This section only applies to customers purchasing custom-designed products (excluding full-color tickets, flyers and posters):
We optionally provide *free custom graphic design services to help you get the best possible design for your tickets and wristbands. If you are not happy with the design, we will continue to make edits on your behalf until you are happy. We will not charge your credit card until you approve the design via email. Once you have approved your design and your order is sent to manufacturing, you are no longer eligible for a refund unless it falls under one of our other guarantees.
*Free design proofs only apply to one design at a time. If you require multiple design mockups, we will ask for a $25 non-refundable deposit. (ie. What does the design look like in all color options?)
The deposit can be applied to your order once you approve and proceed with printing. This charge is not applicable to multiple tier proofs. Please ask us for more information.
For custom orders: Please note that it is your responsibility to check your designs carefully before your order is sent to manufacturing. Once they have been approved by you, myZone is not responsible for any graphical design, spelling, grammar or other errors of any kind.

We generally hold a ‘no refunds’ policy, as costs of each order are already incurred once the order has been placed. However, we do respect every client’s individual situation, and try to make as many exceptions as possible. Please use the below information as a guide, and do not hesitate to contact our team of account managers or customer service representatives if you have any queries. We are always here to help.
Refund and returns for custom printed products
Once the proof is approved and accepted in writing by the client, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-designed orders unless you qualify for a refund via our guarantees.
Refund and returns for stock products
For products that we haven’t made any customizations to (ie: blank or pre-printed cloth wristbands), we do allow clients to return the items so long as the order is shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt and the items are undamaged, clean and resalable. A refund will be given minus a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.
The cost of return shipping is up to the customer.
